"The stay was really wonderful except for a few things. 1) The floor plate between the bathroom and the hallway was too high for my mom to get her wheelchair to roll over it by herself. It seems like this should not be a problem in a room specifically for handicapped customers. 2) The lounge chair and footstool was dirty or at least stained w/what looked like a cigarette hole burned into it. 3) Surprisingly, none of the premium channels (Netflix, Prime. etc.,) were offered. Other than this, the say was wonderful; free breakfast was great!"
