"This is a....functional...hotel. There is nothing special or stand-out about it. There were stains on the bed skirt, stains on the ottoman fabric. The spout for the tub was loose from the wall. That said.... there was art on the walls, the AC worked well and the staff was nice. "

"Horrible experience. The room was filthy. There were crumbs and hair all over the floor. There was a pubic hair on my "clean" towel when I got there. I killed a cockroach (or a similar type bug) on day 1 of my 3 day stay and left it on the ground next to my bed. Room service just left it there, never vacuumed it up. The sheets were never changed. There were stains all of the towels. Mold was all over the shower curtain. The neighboring room BLASTED their music with full base until 4:30am. There were a bunch of shady people haning around in the parking lot, that resulted ambulance/police coming after midnight. The motel is located right by a busy freeway that is very loud. My room keep kept quite working so I had to take it to the front desk multiple times to get it fixed. Overall, a very poor experience."

"Room was ok but not really clean, there was a leak in the ac unit. The water in bathroom coming out of tub was dirty. Vent in bathroom was being held on by packing tape. Breakfast was not done so we never ate there. Hallways smell like mold. Staff lady was good and friendly but the guy gave the helped us charged us $40 more a night for an up grade for a couch. When we booked the room we were just getting a king size bed, but when we found out that our grandson was coming with us, we needed to upgrade to a suite. Online it says $10 a night and when we got there, it was $40 a night. We did confront this guy at the desk, but he said no that’s wrong and it’s $40 a night. We will not be coming back to this place. I would like to have somebody call me so I can explain more."

"We had a handicap room. Which I did not request so that was water all over the bathroom floor each time we took a shower. I called down to room service to get more towels. I had to go get them instead of someone coming to bring them to me. Our room did NOT get cleaned for two days. I’m not sure what the issue was. We did NOT have a do not disturb sticker on the door."

"As soon as my kids and I walked in. We were comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was pleasantly well giving us a variety to choose from. I will be definitely be staying here again and I would recommend this to a friend or family member. The only downfall is that the bed was a bit to firm for me but that's my opinion. I like a cloudy fluffy feeling when I fall asleep. Overall, it was comfortable! "
