Northwest Houston hotel rooms a the Aimbridge Hospitality

"I didn’t use the Gym, the only thing that not was very good was the pool, need to fix the chairs."

"The stay was great and really clean. There was only two things I’d like to mention. The check in clerk after doing the check in in process mentioned all the amenities and mention where we will have the breakfast but false to mention that we have to pay $14.99 per person to eat. Which was strange but it’s ok and the other thing is if you have a sensitive nose then know that the shower drain does release a strong smell "

"No major issues. Carpets seemed dingy. Bathroom shower was noticeably worn. Room was a bit dusty. And tv/phone cords were laid out messy. Had club access. Which was great. Got to heat up leftovers and grab snacks. Room was big. Good view. Large bathroom and shower. Water was hot with good pressure. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy and free. Nice lobby. Front desk group was really nice. Eat at the restaurant at least once, you get charged and if you don’t use it, it’s wasted-they told me at the checkout."

"Rooms not as advertised with no help from staff to fix problems. Was told the main manager was going to reach out to help fix the problem and as of today 6 day after our stay no ones reach out and won't reture our calls. "
