"I’ve been travelling for business for over 35 years and the staff of this hotel deserve an outstanding ovation. The day I checked out there was a outage that affected the whole area. I checked out and asked for the shuttle to drop me off at the airport but the staff told me that thendriver wasn’t available because he was helping to get someone trapped in the elevator out it.
I took an uber and then after an hour I realized that I forgot my iphone charger in the room so I called the hotel asking if they could reach it out for me. Turns out that the same driver who was available at the time brought it to me at the airport.
