"Excellent/Outstanding Yes, great breakfast. Front staff is excellent! Jose, Ben, and the front desk female working Jan 14 26 are all superb. Breakfast outstanding, large variety food, so glad they added oatmeal too. Delicious! Poor Shuttle services are no longer available from 11pm to 7am. Big problem. Most of my flights leave prior at 6am with checking 2 hours prior, I take a 4am shuttle. I always book Hawthorne because of excellent shuttle service. Now, this is a major problem, you no longer provide the services needed. Also, what happened to your evening happy hour? I am very disappointed in your recent changes but I applaud your excellent staff! "
