"We stayed one night at this property because we missed our connecting flight. We had no luggage and the manager at the front desk (I believe his name was Ray) was very helpful. He upgraded our room to a suite (we are Marriott Bonvoy Platinum), provided us with toothbrush kits and waters, and let us know that if we needed anything else, he would be glad to help out. We also ate in the hotel restaurant, and while it took a while to get our drinks (the bar was packed), the food was very good, and they were very accommodating even though we sat down to eat after 9:00 at night. The hotel made our annoying layover much more tolerable."

"If you need a clean place to stay with free parking that allows free pets this is the spot for you. It's a no frills and safe spot to lay your head down. The front desk is excellent and friendly and it's conveniently located near O'Hare. My cats enjoyed it. "

"Hotel is well run and organised, very friendly staff and superb facilities. Buffet breakfast excellent with really great staff notably Ali and Mohammed and Emma, aka Da Queen! Really easy access to Metro and onwards to City Centre. Front desk very helpful.Ricardo Delgado sorted out a late check out for us due to an ATC delay in the UK. Hassle free and always willing to help. Cannot fault the place."
