"Great place to stay! Loved my stay and was close to perfect until the last minute. Requested late check up due to late flight the day after my arrival. All was well until I come in from the pool card deactivated so went to the desk and the guy was extremely rude. Escorted me to my room to tell me they have shut down the rooms due to construction in sprinkler heads. Was very pushy for me to leave immediately when I had 2+ more hours before my planned departure per an additional charge. Somewhere there was a disconnect in staff communication. So showered quickly and rushed to be out. Not pleasant!"

"We found easy accessible parking across the street for a lot cheaper, but they will charge you $25 for a early check-in which didn’t seem appropriate"

"Great location for the UT game, room was spacious and clean, staff are super helpful & friendly. Nice breakfast buffet each morning. Free parking which is a huge bonus in Austin. Right next to Lady Bird Lake with walking trails and kayak & paddle board rentals onsite The power did go out one night but they worked quickly to restore it. I would definitely stay again "

"I don’t have any complaints about the stay we had here. It was clean and quiet and everyone was very nice that worked there. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was clean and open. We did take our little dog with us, which was no charge for the first pet. They have a station for poop pick up yet some people don’t have the courtesy to use it. Not the hotels fault. The beds were decently comfortable and bedding was clean. I like that there is both a fridge and microwave in the room. Lots of outlets for charging items. We will definitely use this Red Roof Inn the next time we stay in Austin."
