"Airport shuttle ran on time. Check-in was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but quiet and clean."

"Water was hot with good water pressure. Staff was nice. Room was dirty, with no shampoo conditioner, etc. but there were shampoo/conditioner brackets (where the bottles once attached) still on the wall. Mildew, wallpaper coming off the walls, broken towel holders, no hair dryer, stains on couches & sheets... Hall ceilings leaking with buckets under them... generally just not a very clean upkept place. "

"This property was just not clean enough for me. Had a musty smell. When I first walked into my room it smelled like cigarettes and it is supposed to be a non-smoking property.Rugs in hallway were dirty. They put me in a handicap room I didn’t reserve that. It would’ve been OK but the bathroom was not clean. It had tile and it is pretty nasty looking. I had to lay towels down on the floor in order to even walk on the floor and to get in the shower. But I made it through the night after I went and got some Lysol and some Febreze clean it up a little bit had a few hours of sleep and left. I will not be going back there."

"The room was clean. Check-in desk staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Bar/lounge employee was the rudest person I have ever spoken with and do not recommend her service. She is the reason for the 1 star service. Breakfast was good for a buffet style."
