"This place was awful. Truly flithy dirty disturbing! The keys didnt work so they had to open the door and leave ir cracked open for you. There was so much grease and grim and items under the bed and behind the nightstands. The tub looked like it may fall in. We left. There was no way i was staying there. It appears to be more of a long term stay for recovering addicts "

"I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience during our recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport by IHG on April 3rd.
Upon arrival, I was met by a front desk agent (white male, older with glasses) who displayed unprofessional behavior, including using inappropriate language immediately after a phone call and maintaining a dismissive attitude toward me. When I inquired if there was an issue, he did adjust his demeanor; however, the initial interaction was concerning.
We had reserved two rooms on the second floor, traveling with three senior citizens and two children. Shortly after check-in, we were informed that the elevator was out of service. This presented a significant inconvenience for our group and impacted our overall experience.
Additionally, I noticed that the condition of our rooms did not appear to meet Marriott standards. I have photographs that I would be happy to share for your review. There was no receipt sent upon checkout, even after requesting an email.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, not only to address the immediate issues but also to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar challenges. While I understand that operational issues can occur, the combination of unprofessional staff behavior and facility limitations made our stay difficult."
