"We have stayed here many times. Two issues with this stay. 1) all stays were non-refundable. This is a big change from the recent past and it sucks. 2) the AC unit in our room (111) was having an issue in the middle of the night with a loud clunking noise. We had to get up at 4:00 am to catch the shuttle so neither of us got much sleep."

"The price for the room itself was very good for a Westin quality property. BUT.. the $15 per night parking and no free breakfast but a $23 Breakfast Buffet put it into a whole different overall price range. I need to do better research when booking. The pool was closed but all the other ameneties were good!"

"This is a very nice hotel. Probably the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. All amenities were nice and the location was convenient especially considering it was in the city. Having the restaurants and grocery attached to the building made things convenient. The rooms were very spacious and well designed. Perfect stay!"
