"Excellent experience at the Hyatt Regency Dulles Airport. Everything from the customer service to the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded expectations. The lobby and common areas were beautiful and well kept, and the room was spotless and very relaxing after a long day of travel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and reliable, which made the trip stress-free. Staff members were professional, attentive, and always willing to help. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Dulles Airport. The only drawback is the $16 a night parking."

"From the moment I stepped into the lobby to speak with front desk personnel, I knew I had made a great choice. Clean, friendly staff, and fantastic amenities. You really don't have to leave the property. They have everything you need including a grocery store (Wegmans) occupying the ground level. 3 food trucks, outdoor activities, a concert and a great restaurant and bar. I'll be going back next time I'm in town. The only thing I can mildly complain about was the confusion on finding the correct parking entrance which is on the back side of the building. I originally entered the front, which is Wegmans garage."
