Northern Virginia hotel rooms a the Budget Host

"Unfortunately, we were given a key to someone else's room. We opened the door to find the guest's things but thankfully, no one was in the room at the time. When we went to the desk, they apologized, but then were unable to find a room with a King as we had booked. Otherwise, it was a good stay."

"Never in my entire life had Hilton disappoint me like this first there was no water bottle in the room when we went to the front desk and asked for a water bottle I was questioning if I was a Hilton member and then when I was given my Hilton member account then she told me that I had to be a gold or a number two water bottle. I was there for tonight. I was expecting at least to have one water bottle, which is very normal to have it in every hill hotel the United States that I stayed. Then the TV in the hotel room was so old that the remote wasn’t even working, but I didn’t make a big deal about it because I was not there to watch TV but I didn’t get to turn the TV on. I got charged for Internet, which is insane. I didn’t even log into my Internet to any of my device except my laptop that I only Use the Internet from hotel. I did not upgrade him Internet. I have to say this is the worst experience that I had with Hilton and I would never go back to that property. This was supposed to be a nice staycation for me and my friend who I took her for her birthday!!! but it ended up being absolute worst experience."

"It’s an airport hotel that offered no coffee in the morning. The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about where to even get any, they had a coffee station, they chose to just not make any coffee. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff polite. airport shuttle was on time."

"Beautiful hotel, especially the bar and lobby area. Parking is not well marked and confusing to find. Two sides of the hotel with entrances and multiple parking options. One side marked of hotel is marked for hotel parking, but confusing which parking entrance to use. The other side marked for parking but not clear if for hotel. Multiple people were on the wrong side. Tried calling hotel to no avail. When I tried to explain issue to the front desk was met with an arrogant attitude. Once parked in garage, garage attendent had to let folks in and out, confusion again and was met with an arrogant attitude. Room design very nice, but stains visible on the couch. There was a stench on the room as well. Too bad, hotel has wonderful potential."

"Great location. In the Mosaic District. And, the hotel is very well maintained. Most especially the common areas. Also, the staff is eager to please … and seem to have good people skills. (Most especially, Lloyd at Reception … who is terrific). Our Suite was small yet practical. The bathroom/shower area was functional. However, the bath/shower could use a face lift. "
