"King standard room was very big including a table and 4 chairs, fridge,and drip coffee maker (I didn't use it), the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was great, probably the one of the only breakfast bars I've seen with real eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and pancakes. The coffee was pretty bad but there was a large selection of teas. Staff was very friendly, and paking was easy. I sat outside for a while, taking advantage of the room's direct access to the porch. Although the room appeared updated, there was a strong mildew odor, and for that reason I wouldn't recommend it. Very strong."

"My wife and I are doing a long road trip for our 20th Anniversary. We had plans to stay in Woodstock Vermont but the hotel lost our booking and gave our room away. They were sold out, and no other options were close by. Stowe was our next destination so we decided to head that way a day early. Luckily we found this hotel and they had a really nice room available! We got there fairly late after driving most of the day. Ethan checked us in and was one of the nicest people we have ever met! He gave us excellent recommendations for dinner! I like to do photography and was looking for some local places for astrophotography, and he gave me a map and directions to tons of spots to find great views! He really was the highlight of our time in Stowe! And the hotel was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Stowe!! And hope to see Ethan again! :)"
