"We stayed 5 nights and everything was great! Breakfast was amazing and the ladies in charge were attentive, kind and friendly. The view was beautiful and selection of items varied from hot sctambled eggs, bacon and toast to cold yogurt, fruit, juice and yummy pastries. The concierge was avaialble 24/7 and very helpful as well. They gave us information on how to take the bus, metro and train to Pisa. The also offer a shuttle to and from the airport for a fee. Definitely will stay here on our return trip to Rome! "

"Great hotel! Staff is customer focused, professional, friendly and attentive. Definitely felt like I was in Rome with the beautiful decor. Very very very clean!!! Bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was outstanding and coffee was the best we’ve had in Italy. Wish this hotel was in the US! Would definitely stay again! We had to leave early before breakfast was served so the front desk (Gabriel) had a to-go bag ready for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! "

"The check-in desk people were fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. They spoke fluent English. Shout out to Juilia who went out of her way to assist us in checking in and printing out our airline boarding passes and even completing required online paperwork for our cruise! "We stayed for 2 nights with small children and the location was perfect. The rooms are brand new and clean. Perfect area to wind down after a busy day touring Rome. The staff was very helpful guiding us and recommending places nearby."
