"El personal fue muy atento , Pagamos 27 dólares por una noche y nos incluyeron el desayuno, verdaderamente para el precio supero nuestra expectativa, con piscinas de aguas termales, piscinas de agua dulce , sauna y botella de vino incluida con la reserva, pasa ser un pais caro este hotel superó nuestras expectativas"

"Absolutely amazing property. Such nice staff and everything was so clean and tidy. I really like that. There were multiple hot tubs instead of just one big hot tub, and the spa was really nice! I definitely suggest going in the off-season, it was quiet and very calm!"

"I didn’t want to leave! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the pre-check-in process and activity-planning support made our trip much easier. We loved the volcano view, lush gardens that provided plenty of privacy, convenient parking right outside our unit, and the relaxing thermal pool. The food was also very good. A wonderful stay overall."

"Our stay at the hotel was lovely! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We had decorated the room for a friend who was celebrating, and when we came back after housekeeping had passed by, we were so pleasantly surprised. They had folded the towels into the shape of a cake and even used some of our balloons to complete the decoration. 🎂🎈 It was such a thoughtful and creative gesture and made the celebration feel even more special. We really appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ❤️"

"It was a wonderful experience. Front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay here. We had to check out very early before the breakfast time and they packed us sandwiches and fruits for the road. Very nice and considerate staff."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Paraíso Arenal. The staff were so friendly, the food was very good, and the views were absolutely beautiful. One of the best parts was sitting at the bar in the thermal pool with a drink and just enjoying the scenery. Such a relaxing place and a lovely stay overall."
