Family friendly Hotels in Northern Panhandle, United States of America

"We booked the room for 2 nights, the staff there was not very professional, they didn't even represent the brand, Quality Inn. After our first night there in the much dated room, we had to walk outside to the main lobby to have breakfast. When we got to the doors to go out, there was a man there with his dog urinating there by the door. I took a photo of the man and the dog and told the front desk, they didn't seem shocked by this and said, "yeah, we know who this is, we will have to confront him". We were so grossed out by it we couldn't stay another night, they didnt offer to refund us or anything since we booked with Expedia so we had to deal with Expedia, the people at the hotel said we were too loud (kids) that they had noise complaints so they were not going to refund us!!!! The people that work there, lived there. STAY FAR AWAY from this establishment!!! "

"There was No hot tub....fridge didnt work, 1/2 roll of TP....no shampoo or body wash in bathroom, half outlets didnt work.....when asked for compesation...i was told i had to do it thru you guys even thoughthey could stull charge my card for a soda....and it literally was one of my worst stays in years......recommend 0 stars......can i please get some of my money back for this stay.....i was 2 days with out these things"

"Didn't even get past the front desk. A family member checked in prior to us. He was assigned a room, which had a broken air conditioner. Front desk moved him to a different room. That room had mud smeared on the bedding. He and his family immediately checked out. I attempted to give it a try, but could tell the hotel was worn when I first walked in. Decided to find some place else to stay. I will say, the girl at the front desk was super friendly and understanding."

"The good Zoo is two minutes away and the encounters are wonderful. The hotel site is in the middle of beauty. Would definitely return. Visit was early March and trying to visit the glass gallery was hard bec of their liminted hours and then it was closed for inventory. "
