"The hotel and room was great. The bed was comfortable abd the room was clean. They had an excellent breakfast that changed both days we were there, and had a pancake machine to make them fresh. The pool and hot tub were nice, and they were within walking distance to several restaurants. The only downside (which is completely outside their control) is that the neighbourhood is sketchy. You're asked to remove everything from your car, since I guess they've had a problem with break-ins. Just something to be aware of. Parking was extra."

"All was sufficient with the location - exteriorcleanlinessneeded some attention; the gentleman running the desk in the morning was eye-balling everyone's breakfast which was unnerving and unnecessary- would be nice if water bottles were provided in the room - North Bay water is disgusting."

"We all ways enjoy our stays at this hotel. The staff has always treated us kindly and the property is always clean. This is an old hotel that has held it charm and is conveniently located in downtown town."

"There were areas within the hotel itself that need attention, Because of the pool slide located in the center of the property, there were odors of chlorine throughout the hallways. Also, there were some shady individuals hanging around the building at times, not sure if these were people staying at the hotel or not."
