"We made 3 reservations for 3 rooms, they gave us the rooms on the 2nd floor which did not have a view at all. And one of the rooms air conditioning was not working. We went back to the reception area and asked to be moved and at first they gave us a real hard time but at the end after a While they gave us the new rooms but us wait until the following day. Which the temp was so hot and no AC. They did not allowed the red taxi trucks to drop us of in the front of the hotel. They are only allowed in the front street entrance which is a 8-10 min walk up hill to get to the lobby with the heat seems longer. With heels is even worse. They are definitely not friendly at all. My family and I were very disappointed. We have stayed in this chain of hotels in other destinations and never had an issue."

"AC was not functioning properly. Temperature in the room was above average and during the mid day felt well above average. Rooms are not equipped with ceiling fan nor small fridge to keep drinks cool. Had trouble with the key not working and they kept sending me up and down saying they activated my key card and still did not work. Had to have bellman open my door each time I came and went."

"Excellent service but the person in the pool the works like security they are annoying my daughter was crying and they where asking why she is crying like is not their bussiness.. And my daughter when to the playground the they have in the pool and they told me no adult are allow there and my daughter is 3 is always very important to have a adult with the kids because they could slipeery"
