Northern Mexico hotel rooms a the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"I reserved room with double bed my friend with me at room they charge me 40$ extra which is cheating and approving from manager which is bad service to push me pay extra or no room for me I hope to open investigation about taking extra money from customer and cash no receipt I’m not happy for first time visiting Mexico "

"It was a very short stay, but was clean and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, I was not able to reach them by phone to get picked up at the airport, so I had to make other arrangements. That was the only downside to my experience. Would recommend them if you need something close to the airport."

"There was nothing wrong with this hotel. It was beautiful, fairly clean, the AC worked and the buffet food was amazing. It didn't have much for shows or entertainment and there wasn't alot to do around the resort. Just enough to keep you happy and satisfied. Mazatlan is different than other places in Mexico but we felt warm and safe and happy we went. "

"The room contained outdated furniture in poor condition. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, and the air conditioner continued running even when the set temperature was reached. Additionally, parts of the walls were damaged and peeling. While the staff were helpful, the overall condition of the property was not well maintained"
