"Bathroom had bugs and something black smeared on wall in restroom. It was not clean in areas. Bed was clean and comfortable, front desk staff very nice. She said she would have refunded part but because I went through hotels.com she could not."

"We were in town for travel ball so wasn’t in our room much. But nice place and clean. Hope to visit again on non sports business."

"The only down side is their Expedia site said there was a shuttle to the airport and when we got there they said it stopped running after covidSoWehad to pay for an uber. Otherwise it was great."

"Nice hotel but only 2 of 4 elevators working. Down escalator was also out of service "

"Needed a safe place to stay alone. I don't gamble but I choose to stay in these hotels due to the size of rooms and number of people around. Just feels safer. They are also better than a regular hotel room. Prices are no more than a cheap low rate hotel. In fact during the week you can get a better rate than other hotels"

"Rooms clean thr foam thing in the window need to be replace they're dingie looking,sink need a different faucet head because water runs everywhere. Over all the room were comfortable, bed sleeps good. In a perfect area,you will feel safe,they do monitor their premises. Desk clerk were nice and friendly. Wifi wouldnt connect my table/phone. Continental breakfast need some meat/eggs Other than that breakfast great. I recommend this place when you're visiting bossier."
