"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Incredibly unique and fun! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and made us feel very special. The room was beautifully designed and had a very mid-century modern feel - as well as a New England vibe!
The bathroom was spacious, elegant and had terrific water pressure. The attention to detail in the entire room was noticeable and appreciated!
A note for older guests - the rooms do not come equipped w/ a phone. In order to contact the front desk, you have to communicate via text which honestly was a little strange. If you are not tech savvy and/or do not have a smart phone, you will need to go down to the lobby to connect w/ the staff.
The hotel also does not offer room service as one of their amenities which was disappointing. You are able to order food from the downstairs or rooftop restaurant, but you have to go pick it up yourself. The QR codes in the room that you must utilize for ordering food were experiencing technical difficulties so that aspect was not a user friendly experience.
However, we can not say enough about the extraordinary mattress and pillows in the room! It was hands down the best night of sleep I'd had an over a year. The front desk staff was happy to provide the mattress and pillow vendor information upon request.
