"The quality of the breakfast bar has slipped a little since I stayed here 2 years ago.
I arrived at breakfast the first morning and there was hardly any eggs left and three pieces of sausage. There were three people in line behind me, therefore rationed my selection so as not to feel guilty by not leaving any for the others. Also, no one was wiping off the tables after people were finished eating, so I had to wipe the table with a napkin before sitting down.
The last morning of my stay, the coffee machine was completely out-of-order. This machine also provides the hot water for tea. As an avid coffee drinker, I really look forward to getting the day started with my cup of coffee. You would think that a motel of this size would have an old fashioned Bunn coffee maker on hand to serve as a backup for such emergencies. To make the situation worse, this happened to be Sunday morning on the Fourth of July weekend and since Shipshewana is an Amish community, every other restaurant in town is closed!!! So, my wife and I disappointedly headed back home to Michigan and finally got a morning cup of coffee at the McDonalds in Three Rivers Michigan at 11:30 a.m.!!!!
The room in which we stayed was clean and comfortable. However, due to the reduction in the quality of the breakfast service, I would consider other hotel options before booking here again."
"Pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and updated. All the staff was friendly. Breakfast could have been better. We will stay again when in the area."
"The Inn at St. Mary's is currently undergoing a major renovation, the focus now being on the lobby area. The current construction impedes foot traffic through the hotel, with some paths through active work during the day. This hotel is my favorite place to stay in South Bend and I look forward to the completion of its renovation projects."
"Had a great stay in the Spa Tower of the Blue Chip Casino Hotel while visiting Michigan City. Room was quite large and clean. Staff were friendly and prompt. Definitely would stay here again!"
"Our stay at The Bradley Hotel was fantastic! The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The location couldn’t be better—it’s within walking distance of several great restaurants, including Mercado, which was one of our favorite dining experiences.
If you’re visiting Fort Wayne, I highly recommend staying at The Bradley. We will definitely be back!"
"Love this hotel! They do a great job all around. One consideration: can you consider microwaves in rooms. OR have a microwave “station” in a central area for guests to use. Thank you."
