"It’s very nice hotel rooms are fabulous. The only parking I did not like, have to pay daily for parking $17 a day or wake up to a parking ticket of $28. Was very disappointed cus you have to get up every morning go by 8:00am to pay parking so if your on vacation want to sleep in you can’t cus you have to pay for parking not a great experience."

"Property was close to town but away from the business. Hotel was quiet and nicely kept and the deck area was beautiful. Only complaint was that the hottub was over chlorinated and caused my swimsuit to bleed color.."

"My husband and I stayed for one night. Room was clean, well maintained and spacious. Bed and pillows were amazing! Staff helpful. We did not utilize the amenities so I can not comment on them. Ate dinner at Frank O' Dowd's, the food was amazing! Would definitely stay again!"

"What was very affordable close to the casino they have a shuttle. That’ll actually take you there and pick you back up from the casino. Rooms are clean. Beds are OK. I had a king size bed slept well. Air conditioners are controlled from the wall unit and not unit itself front desk. Staff is very helpful. They have a restaurant with a bar the girls that serve you in the restaurant and also breakfast in the morning are just fantastic."

"Nate was awesome…if we needed anything we had it in an instant. He provided local knowledge with a great sense of humor and professionalism. It is absolutely, without a doubt, the best place to stay in Galena. Tons to do and see within walking distance. We would definitely do Hotel Galena again! Thank you Nate for all you did to make our stay fun and memorable. Yes, we will do again!!!!!"

"The front desk staff was excellent, my room was clean and spacious. There was a portable AC unit in my room, which kept the temperature in a good range, but it was loud. I also really don't like the $5 for parking, it's ridiculous."

"The check in staff was friendly & excellent, along with the casino staff. The one thing we really missed was no hand or body cream, no eye makeup remover samples in bathrooms. One of us had forgotten a toothbrush. We could purchase them from check in area but at a premium cost."
