Northern Illinois hotel rooms a the Best Western

"Room was clean , was told when checking in that our room wouldn’t be cleaned or tidied up at all unless we ask. But charged an amenity fee per night . Think that fee was to pay for the free breakfast they offered every morning ! They should mention when booking about the fee . "
