"The room was really nice and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. I think our only disappointment was the fact that the hot tub was really lukewarm. It was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Apart from that it was wonderful."

"Much to my surprise this was a great hotel! The atmosphere was incredible, the staff were all warm and friendly, from the front desk to the morning maintenance guy! The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet that was included across the parking lot was much more than just a normal continental breakfast, it was delicious and all the staff over there were so friendly. Way to standout Ruby Hotel! We will most definitely be back next year for the motorcycle rally and will be staying here again! If I could leave 10 stars I would!!!!! "

"This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful small city. Appreciated having a couch to sit on rather than sitting on the bed or having only one chair and two people occupying the room. The breakfasts offered standard fare, but better quality than most " good chains". "

"We looked into the lake which was beautiful. And the space was very nice , no light on the patio if you like to sit outside. The club house level wasn’t available as they were window washing and closed the hot tub so didn’t have use of that or the gym However the area is spectacular and you don’t need to drive anywhere. We loved the area and will return. "

"Clean and spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Good variety for breakfast. My only negative is that it is really hard to find the entrance into the parking lot. Especially after dark. Google maps couldn't even accurately direct me. You really should consider better directional signage. "
