Hotels with indoor pool in Northern Idaho, Idaho

"The property and our room were clean, but when we headed to bed we noticed our window would not shut the remaining 1/2” and we could here the air whistling and a lot of noise from the parking lot below i.e. people talking, cars driving by etc… The window frame was damaged so there was no fixing it. There was also no hot water. We had to take cold showers. When we made our way down to the complimentary breakfast at 7 am (it runs from 6-9) they were already out of most of what they offer and there was a line of hotel guests asking if more was going to be brought out to which there was no reply. I only saw one employee, who was running around frantically to their credit to accommodate everyone. They appeared under staffed. My son and I were only able to choose from a yogurt or an orange as our meal. The final thing I want to note, is not the hotel’s fault but just something I want to mention if you’re considering staying here. The walls are very thin. We had a family next door that had baby crying on and off ALL night and the child may as well have been in our room. It was so loud, we could not sleep. Upon check out, I mentioned all of these things to the clerk (More as to let them know rather then to accommodated in some way since we were leaving) She simply shrugged and said “Okay thanks. You’re all checked out” and before I could respond she went through a door behind the desk into another room and didn’t return. That was the end of the conversation apparently. "
