"Nice clean and comfortable room with a great shower and fantastic breakfast. Very nice staff. It was not the best location for what we wanted to do, but it was still good to move around Kassel. It was a €12 Euro ride from Wilhemshöhoe Bahnhof, which is not bad. Great if you want to spend a night in Kassel. "

Confusion about booking and the receptionist kept saying I need to pay extra for breakfast even though I showed her on my booking I already paid for breakfast and it was included in my booking. Turns out it was their system wide error but this whole thing wasted about 20-25 mins while she checked with her manager and confirmed it was all included in the booking. "
