"The room was dirty, with weird stains and suspicious hairs everywhere. They give hardly any shower gel/shampoo- we had to use hand soap gel for the rest of our showers! The toilet and paper are literally IN the shower, so everything gets soaked. Nowhere to hang your towels. The doors don't lock. Everything was sticky and just gross, and the heat was on WAY too high in February - we had to open our window to stop sweating!! "This was a great hotel with an absolutely awesome breakfast and dinner! The room was nice and comfortable, the hotel was in a convenient location, but the highlight was absolutely the fantastic breakfast buffet. Probably the best hotel breakfast in Hungary that we've ever had and the best dinner buffet we probably ever had. We usually had lunch somewhere in the city and had a light dinner at the hotel since dinner was included when we booked. The buffet let us try all sorts of stuff. They changed the items daily, but there were usually choices of pork, chicken, fish, etc. Various deserts, too. I wish I could remember the names of the dishes, but I just can't remember. All I can say is that we ate well and were extremely happy with our experience. The staff were also very friendly."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I had a single room which was very small, to the point of making it very difficult to find places for everything. The bathroom was tiny, it was difficult to use the toilet, and there was nowhere at all in the bathroom to hang towels. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay."

"Excellent stay at this Hotel. Clean and fresh and in a great location, only a short journey from the airport and close by to the main station (with a Tram stop nearby). Rooms were lovely and clean and the rooftop bar is a little gem. Staff were always willing to help, with a friendly smile. Great chat with David in the rooftop bar about local area."
