"The room was good for the price we had to pay, the staff were nice and friendly. The room really wasn’t clean. There was mold in the bathroom the tub and on the ceiling. Toiletries they advertised that were supplied, the bottles were in the rack, but they were empty. I really didn’t rely on theirs, I had brought my own, but this is just to help someone that might be reading the amenities. They came to the room and cleaned up the dirty towels, but fell to leave clean towels."

"My boyfriend and I booked for our anniversary and the room was definitely not what we expected. The towels in the bathroom had rust stains on them. Only 2 decently cleaned towels. The sides on the shower were rusted and looked like it needed to be deep cleaned. We asked to be switched rooms initially due to us booking a beach view and we didn't get that. The receptionist was very nice, and did the best she could. However, going into the new room, it had the same view, but now on a lower floor, and way more smaller than our first room. Disappointed in the room, and didn't want to spend more time downstairs dealing with the room and the cleanliness as I mentioned it was our anniversary and time was already spent on this. As we had dinner reservations. More than likely, won't be coming back to this location and now hesitant to visit other Margaritaville locations. This location was highly recommended to us by my sister who frequently stays at your Orlando location ."

"Let’s be honest, you’re paying for the convenience of the ocean right outside your door and a nice swimming pool. With that said, the beds had sinking holes in the mattresses which surprisingly did not give me a backache. There also wasn’t any towels in the room nor was the front desk hospitable. There were a few flagrants walking around the outside pool area soliciting and that felt unsafe. Lastly, the maintenance man entered our room to clean the air conditioner filter which felt invasive but not necessary since we were checking out the next day. Also, I wish they had adult pool hours even if just an hour so the parents could enjoy the atmosphere alone. "
