"Please note that this review is coming after I spoke to the Manager at the resort that has assured me she will discuss these issues with other managers, but I still think they are good watch outs for others wanting to book this property. 1. The hotel did not seem prepared at all for the increase of visitors at the beginning of Daytona Bike Week which is surprising sine this hotel is the epi-center of the activities and is 27 floors 2. The check-in took at least 30 minutes and the woman was not friendly at all and argued with me about the breakfast vouchers I purchased 3. The valet area is super small and they aren't willing to help much unless you are paying extra for valet. The self-pay parking is across the street so my husband had to park and walk over all of our items late at night 4. Very minor but the beds arent the most comfortable and the sheets seem cheap and itchy 5. The buffet itself was great but again the staff seemed very overwhelmed every morning with the crowds which I feel like should have been taken into consideration when staffing. The service was lack luster but at least it was buffet so we could self serve for the most point. 6. If you stay here during Daytona Bike Week, please do yourself a favor and upgrade to a oceanfront room as we were up all night listening to motorcycles until 3am. 7. The pool was really nice but the temp was on the lower end and the hot tub color was a little sketchy. 8. Everything else considering was really good. "
