"Amazing location, on the shower box there was no place to put anything. ( soap for example ) the elevators most of the time very crowded. I got an early check in. But when it was check in time. It had huge lines, TV remote wasn’t working properly. Only turnê on and off. Couldn’t change channel, breakfast was good. But always the same thing. Best part is location."

"Very busy hotel- great online check in options- room was super clean and bed was so comfortable. Room service pick up option was great and food was great quality. Great breakfast (tea pots!!) overall great experience- it’s improved so much since my last stay 2 years ago! Will return."

"From check in to check out, this place was amazing. Breakfast was always good, staff were so helpful. Lost my passport the first day there and they were so helpful returning it to me. Concierge went above and beyond. The view was spectacula. I could go on all day but to sum it up, worth every penny."
