"Clean room great front desk stafg"

"No towels on pool area or soap in dispenser in pool washroom. A little maintenance required. "

"the room was very clean and spacious - was nice to have a couch & chair to use when not wanting to sit directly on the bed. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the bathroom spacious and clean. the front lobby was very clean - signage for the restrooms when coming from the lobby were quite lacking - you have to travel all the way down the hallway, through some double doors, past the fitness room and pool and further down past the restaurant. There is a sign for a restroom beside the pool but it was a single bathroom and was locked with no additional signage. the pool area could use some work - tiles are very slippery and the entry ladders into the pool are not user friendly - would be nice to have wider steps or a corner entrance into the pool. the tiles looked dirty in spots. The hot tub was fine although we could not find a thermometer to see what temperature it was set at. the elevator was quick to come and quick to arrive at our floor. checkout was easy. this hotel is in a great location!"

"The place is looking tired and worn out. The desk staff was very helpful. The TV system was terrible and we needed to get help 2 - 3 times."

"The power went out , we didn’t have access to anything. No wifi or heat, lights, toilets, and the parking lot was all ice and I slipped down on the ice and hurt myself"
