"Check-in instruction need to be clearly highlighted to customer before making the booking. I had to stay one night in a different hotel. Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel.
Stay at Rebstock hotel was really good and the service was really good.

"If you need to leave early, you might have problems. Nobody at reception before 8am. House is locked up. You need to pay your check the night before otherwise they get very unhappy. The restaurant was good. Waiters friendly.
Surroundings and landscape great.
Owner should accommodate early leaving guests needs. Serve earlier breakfast and allow Dropbox for keys and someone at reception in the early morning to allow easy bill pay. Thank you."
