"I would give this 5 stars for location and proximity to the beach, restaurants and more but the few things that didn't work well for me were the lack of internet throughout the property so I had to work from the lobby which wasn't always open. I also felt like there was a lack overall. They have the opportunity to greet guests with coffee in the lobby but don't. The restaurant at the property isn't considered part of the hotel so when trying to order wine and go to my room, I couldn't because they were separate. I just felt like they were missing the mark. The gates getting around are a pain, no help with luggage, no internet, meh. I'd stay here again but no good wifi was a deal killer for me."

"What a wonderful place. We were shocked because the price was so good we thought it was going to be average. It was such a great resort. The location was so good, just a short stroll to the Main Street and beachfront. The staff were all so friendly and the place was immaculate. Highly recommend the resort."

"Amazing modern, spotlessly clean spacious apartment. In a fantastic location with beach and main front street of Palm Cove 2 mins walk away. Huge wrap around balconies lovely to sit out on. Great sized heated swimming pool. Special thanks to Gerhard Jnr on reception for fantastic communication and help. When our tumble drier wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed, we had a new one delivered quickly. Also appreciated a late check out. I would absolutely recommend this place, so peaceful and relaxing!"

"Nice beachfront property, albeit dated. Well secured. Easy check in procedures. Staff were not very friendly or willing to help with tour bookings though. Bathroom needed a good deep clean, but otherwise place was clean. Dishwasher did not work and 2 electrical points were loose off the wall and sparked when plug put in. A few household necessities would make the stay more welcoming. Overall fair for price"
