"Front desk staff were friendly and informative. Room was very clean. TV was easy to operate. Shower was nice. I've got to figure out how I got hot water so quickly. Bed was nice as well as the sheets and comforter. On the downside (which are merely personal irks) Pillows are like feather pillows that pretty much provide no support for a side sleeper. This was partly my fault as I did not bring my pillow that I am used to. I made a phone call and needed a pen...Nowhere to be found. I guess that perk is not cost effective and is going away. Ice machine...Only on the first floor. Guessing possible problems result in staff having to keep an eye on it. None of the downsides are a deal breaker. Breakfast was a nice ending to my stay. If needed, I will try to return."
