"The property itself was gravest. Coffee service in the lobby was excellent. Located outside the park is nice because of fewer crowds and access to restaurants. But the wait to get back through the park gates was rough—30-45 minutes depending on the time of day. Biggest gripe about the hotel itself is that we were there 3 nights and housekeeping never serviced our room the entire time"

"Great location, clean room, but the refrigerator wasn’t plugged in and the noise from the door coming into the building slammed shut several times! We loved the close market and deli. And the hikes……amazing!"

"We loved the Location, the view , the sunset from the wedding venue is wonderful and can be used any night that a wedding party is not using it . The view from our entrance to our room was amazing and a five minute walk to where you can book a helicopter ride . A wonderful restaurant right behind us and the food truck / silver camper had amazingly good wraps, pizza and salads ! We didn’t use the shuttle that was available since we had a rental car ! But that was a great feature! What a wonderful place!!"

"Pretty pricey for what it is. Definitely an older property that sees a lot of traffic. I guess proximity to the park gives them the ability to upcharge. Not many options around for food. Especially if you’re getting in late."

"The Arabella completely delivered. The views are stunning, the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed. The hot breakfast was a highlight too- lots of healthy choices to start the day right. Everything felt well thought out and taken care of. We’ll absolutely be back."

"No problem with the room and check in. The hot tub was nearby the room only thing is the water wasn’t hot at all just warm. Perhaps the most important notation is if you’re looking for a room with a view of the Sedona beauty this is probably not the place for you. There are very few rooms …maybe 35 out of the 400 rooms that actually have any view. "

"Rooms are amenities are clean, and beds comfortable. Staff was helpful. Had a great stay. Breakfast included was a basket with crossaint or muffin, yougurt, banana, energy bar, oreo cookie as well as coffee/tea. There are options to upgrade with additional fee (e.g. omlettes)."
