"We enjoyed staying right in the park. As the buildings were spaced out, you felt that you were part of the environment, not staying in one huge hotel. I appreciated how the lighting was dim so the night sky could be enjoyed."

"Overall this is a wonderful property in a fantastic location. Beautiful lobby and common areas and views of the mountains amazing. Close to everything in Sedona we wanted to see and do. Bedrooms and living area in two bedroom suite was comfortable and nicely appointed, baths and kitchen a bit dated. Staff were helpful and I especially liked the text the front desk option, could have done without the pitch to join a time share educational session.Pools and hot tubs nice but on a couple of occasions too crowded for us to use especially at the kid free area."

"It was very clean and welcoming. The staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. The breakfast was not offered on the days we were there - Monday and Tuesday- because it was not the high season. The location was excellent - so close to the park entrance we were able to visit often."

"This place should be condemned,I suggest removing it from Expedia.The beds were absolutely horrible.Even after trying a different room, the bed was worse.The bathroom, black mold and the shower dripped all night.The microwave had dried food/coffee inside. We were told bc we were staying more than a night we would not get housekeeping.There was not enough towels.We had to keep going to the desk to get more.No clock.The door didn’t close correctly,you could see daylight through the side and bottom.It is a very noisy location,trains about every 7-10 minutes.The staff, disrespectful and down right rude. Room was not available at checkin. The clerk even cussed at me directly,using the “f”word!!I am certain the set of rooms are where the “residents” stay.The bed was sunken visibly.We were both in pain especially in the mornings.We weren’t able to sleep through the night. We simply could not endure our entire paid stay and had to find another accommodation to simply rest our heads."

"Great hotel, very clean and well maintained! Loved the location, resort area, within walking distance from many restaurants and short drive to the Grand Canyon park. Breakfast is the typical American food with cereals, baked goods, couple of fruits, yougurt. Overall, great value for the money!"

"Very good value for the money. We had a room change request, due to my not being attentive when booking, and they accommodated us with no questions asked. We also had an issue with our TV not functioning and it was addressed immediately. Great view from our room from the balcony, and good location day trips. Guest laundry area was a bonus as we got dirty and dusty on our adventures. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. This was a great central hub for us to access several areas without moving every day."
