"My room was run down, walls needed to be washed. Requested soap as there was none in the room, but never received it. Flooring in room and hallways were in terrible shape. Elevator was very dirty. Breakfast was good and staff were good. "

"Room was pretty clean and updated. Beds are soft. It was fairly warm in the room even when I turned the temperature down. But overall it wasn’t bad. There was a minor incident with the homeless pulling the fire alarm at 5am which was frustrating. I feel like they should have safety on the doors during certain hours so they can’t get access. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. "

"Good stay. Hotel is clean and nice. Beds for comfy. Not much space for parking. Breakfast ended at 9am. My kids are late sleepers and like sleeping in so we all missed it. Should at least end by 10. "

"The toilet didn't flush properly from the first time it was used. Told attendant, he plunged it. It was still sluggish after that and by the time we left it wasn't flushing. The heater/cooler wouldn't stay on for cool, finally opened the window. The bathroom door was scrapping on floor, and actually breaking off on the bottom."

"Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs were a little off. Felt safe parking didn't have to park in the back. Room was very comfortable and all the cookies were delicious."
