"I give SW a 5. However I hope you plan to get MORE luggage carts bc we had to wait too long for them. We just brought our luggage by hand. And when we left we had to wait a while. I understand you have your bellman to do that which is AMAZING! I don’t ask to take that away but atleast have some available for guests to use if bellman is busy taking others to their room. Aside from that I love the place! Our second time coming. My last small request is for the pool to hotter in winter/spring months. Especially when sun is coming down. "

"I think this hotel offers more for the money than any other hotel I have stayed in lately. The staff was excellent to include, Lori, Vince and Girard. The breakfast was excellent, definitely a big plus to start your day and something we looked forward to. I highly recommend this hotel in the heart of the Poconos. We will book here again. "

"Maya at the front desk was amazing after check out I had forgotten some drinks they had been thrown out already and she replaced it free of charge, Jacuzzi was amazing the whirlpool setting is phenomenal love that they have hearing impaired rooms!
