"Property was under renovation which was Not disclosed when booking, it was dirty, disorganized, smelly, and looked abandon from the outside. The room was dated, the shower floor was discolored and looked so dirty. The shower leaked water everywhere. "

"Checkin was fine. Breakfast was not good. First he wasn’t ready at 6am. Finally brought some eggs and said that was it until truck comes. There was no coffee. He indicated he had to wait until his boss came to be able to get at the coffee. We left without anything. Won’t be back. "

"Very impressed! Pillowtop mattress was very comfortable. TV remote had a sleep timer! Friendly staff. Very clean. Wood and tile floors in our room (an accessible room). I like to comment on breakfast items with no gluten ingredients. Seems all hotels have waffles, hot and cold cereal, bread, bagels, rolls....things neither my husband or I can eat....being Gluten intolerant. They had scrambled eggs, pork sausage links and yogurt. Orange and apple juice. Coffee was drinkable....not the best, not the worst. Staff kept everything clean and filled. Would definitely stay again!"

"The only thing I have to say is in room 414. There was a horrible patch job on the wall . It was about 6x13 inches. Some was ripped and plaster was on the wallpaper around it. Aesthetically It looked awful for such a nice room "

"We have stayed here 3 times while traveling from AZ to MPLS. This time we got to the room and turned on the refrigerator and after a short while we heard water running. Water was pouring out of the refrigerator. We also had a room with 2 tvs No instructions on how to operate Never could get the one TV to work. The one across from my the bed worked fine as long as we didn’t turn on the other TV as they interacted with each other. We talked to the front desk. They didn’t know how to operate the TVs. They did offer us another room, but We were only staying for one night and had already unpacked. It was a long day. So to inconvenient to move rooms. The area is not the prettiest but it is where all the hotels are located. We have felt safe there which is why we stayed there in the past. "
