"I stay here at least once a year and have done so for the last five years the staff is excellent. My room is always perfect. Never missing anything. Room service is available. Anything you need extra is brought to your room. Plenty of places to eat close and the pool and swim up bar are fantastic."

"The bed was worn out and uncomfortable and there were rips in the carpet. I was unable to get any local channels on the tv and none of the staff had any clue how to operate the system. There were homeless camped out around the building and shady characters lurking in the parking lot. The breakfast sucked. The place has an overall bad vibe. Stay somewhere else…"

"Loved the staff, but I didn't like that they constantly apologized for being present. They were working to either clean, serve or be available for requests. I needed them to be present for needs of the stay. I went for a conference. There were a few speakers throughout the day. We were next to a wedding. The sound system at the party over powered the conference speakers. It was disappointing bc I paid to attend the conference and I went for the purpose to learn. As far as the room and items available in the room was great. Clean, bed was comfy and the room was big enough."

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa

"The check in process was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The elevators were clean. We ate at one of the restaurants in the casino, and the food was good, The price’s were great. Drinks at the bar were very reasonable. All in all, we highly recommend the Hard Rock hotel and Casino for a great weekend getaway."

Osage Casino Hotel Tulsa

"It was just okay. Not something I will really look into booking again unless it's an amazing deal I can't pass up. Neither bed had fitted sheets, just loose sheets. There's no minifridge. Our toilet paper roll holder was broken on the ground when we got to our room. The curtain rod had plastic that was twisted so it wouldn't close completely. The water pressure is crazy low, and the door/walls are thin. We were a few doors down from the hotel's main entrance and heard people coming and going all night. The pool was disappointing. I didn't notice a smoke smell in the room, so that was good. The employees were all nice. It felt fairly safe. The AC worked well. The TV size was decent. The breakfast was well priced."

"Overall it's a fantastic place to stay. The hotel smelled great every time we walked in. Very clean and inviting and well appointed throughout!! Our room was lovely and comfortable and with nice thick walls so we didn't hear people in the hall even though we were across from the elevator!! We loved the cast concrete counters and floors. While we enjoyed the rooftop lounging area, they did not have many of the items on their menu — VERY limited bar offerings (the menu shows a brand of Kambucha but they only had one flavor, and for after dinner they had no Kalua no Baileys and no Ginger Beer). And beware of the shuttle limitations. It runs within 3 miles, but when I asked for a shuttle to a location that showed 2.8 miles on my phone, they said it was over 3 miles. Not a huge deal since we had a car, but something to consider. The main reason we wanted to use the shuttle was because when we arrived back at the hotel Saturday evening, we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to leave Soma Restaurant before we could get a parking spot. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast at the hotel because we were in town to go to events with friends but the pool looked great and the restaurant looked nice. Overall the staff was great. Even with the issues I mentioned, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the hotel!!!"
