"Everything that we wanted we had. Breakfast was good, it’s hard to find diners in Cleveland compared to NYC. We went to Cleveland for a baseball game and the Rock and Roll HoF. We also really enjoyed the Cleveland Art Museum."

"When I first when to check in there was no one at the desk and a few people waiting to check in. After waiting for about 10 minutes for the clerk to make an appearance, I decided to leave, go to get something to eat, then return. I returned in about an hour and there was someone at the desk. I was promptly checked in and given my room. The room was spacious, clean, and very nice. I stayed two nights. During the first night, there were some kids running up and down the hall as well as the stairwell. I called the front desk and they took care of it right away. There were no more disturbances. Not sure why the parents would allow their kids to run amok in a hotel in the late evening while people where trying to sleep, but the the hotel handled it. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, standard continental breakfast fare plus some boiled eggs. I liked the location. There was plenty of parking. It was very convenient to the highway, easy off and on. There are lots of places to shop, eat, and get gasoline. I would certainly stay there again!"

"The hotel is in an incredible location, directly across the street from Rocket Arena. It’s a perfect place to stay for a concert or game. It should be noted the hotel is an active construction site, and is down to one elevator. When the hotel is sold out, as it was for the concert we attended, that made elevator traffic very slow, with long lines. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and represented the hotel with class."
