Northeast Mississippi hotel rooms a the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"The lobby looks great and very charming. - however the rooms are dated and far from worth the price. The “housekeeping” service came in attempted to make the bed look like it had been made…and took some of the dirty towels and left us with 1 new towel. There was no conditioner in the shower and we had to call down to have them bring up conditioner and more towels. The room just felt very old and dirty. The mattress also needed to be replaced. Just not at all worth the price we paid."

"Location is very convenient right off the Highway. The staff was great let me park my car in the overhang area because there was a chance for hail. Having a new car I was so grateful for this accomodation. "

"The room was incredibly clean. Check in was efficient but non-personal. My worst early impression was the luggage cart-just a utility moving cart without an upper rod to hang clothes or a purse etc. Room was small but adequate, no blanket or extra covers. Soap and shampoo were the refillable kind so you know nothing about the contents. Not even a box of Kleenex."

"Cons: Not enough parking. Spend more on the bed. It was hard as a rock. Noticed water damage in the shower ceiling and possible black mold starting to spread. Pros: Breakfast was excellent, coffee was amazing. Room and facility were otherwise very clean and well maintained. Staff was super nice and helpful. Good value for the price."

"Only one ice machine was in working condition which was on the 3rd floor. None of the soda machines were working. Everything else was great."
