"Well-maintained room, newly refurbished. There is an excellent restaurant for breakfast and lunch to the south of the parking lot, a gas station across the alley, a liquor store across the street and several bars serving food within sober walking distance. There isn’t a sign for the Motel 6 on 27th—I entered the property through the gas station lot. Neighborhood is non-threatening."

"I really liked this hotel. Very welcoming and relaxing. Staff were also very nice. Bed was soo comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. They even had a cool arcade and their own bar and bakery. The Lyric bar was delicious. I loved the mashed potatoes most of all! "
