"It's very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. It's less than a block from the Duluth Grill and popular breweries are within easy walking distance. I'm a 62 year old female and felt comfortable walking, even in the evening. Easy drive to Canal Park. I always choose this hotel when I go to Duluth."

"The staff that was there was excellent, helpful, friendly, efficient, competent-- however they were short staffed so there was not consistent room service, the pool was clean, the breakfast was basic but nice with wafflemaker, yogurt, frozen jimmy dean sandwiches, cereal, milk, the breakfast area was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, our room was clean and did not smell like cigarette residue, good for families or anyone "
