"The hotel is exactly what you expect from a Marriott Residence Inn. Cordial staff upon check in although I still find it annoying when staff are on the phone during check in having personal conversations. But it was wrapped quickly and everything else was fine. Pool was being cleaned so they arranged for guests to use facilities at the Courtyard immediately next door. All in all a good experience. "

"Hotel was clean and very updated. Staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal provided. Pool and gym were nice as well. I was excited to find I didn’t have to be checked out until noon. Rounding up my four kids and all of stuff is always a hassle and the extra time was very nice. "

"Stayed for a few nights during the software crash. Only had one key available for the room but we made it work. The staff were overwhelmed, and we did have to go down to keep asking for a crib etc. Felt like we were putting them out a little. There was a lot going on though. The tub and grout had moldy spots that were gross for giving little kids baths. Overall it was clean though. Breakfast is not free, so that wasn't family friendly. Had company at the nice pool area, and it was great. "
