"It’s a beautiful place to visit during the day, but was told by local shop owners that it is unsafe at night, so hurried went back to hotel. "

"The bed and mattress felt brand new. Clean white cotton bedding with down pillows. Under the bathroom counter was in need of cleaning. There was no blow dryer but Brittany at the front desk got me one. Friendly and welcoming. Was just there one night on our way through. "

"I was hesitant to stay here because of the negative reviews. I am so glad I did not listen to them. I wanted a room that was safe, clean, quiet, and had a great view. This room exceeded my expectations. I felt very safe in the area and at the hotel. I am a clean freak. It passed my cleanliness test; it was immaculate. The room was quiet and we could not hear other guest. We had plenty of space and the room was perfect in every way. We loved the ocean view and balcony! Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make our trip perfect. The valets were super fast and respectful. The location was convenient to everything. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day! We will be staying there every time we go at Jacksonville."
