"Everything about the property and staff was good, but the mattress was terrible. No one uses metal spring mattresses anymore, if they change the nattress, and increase there pilliws, then I will give 100% to Everything!"

"When I arrived at the airport at 12:44 a.m., I had to call the hotel nine times before someone finally answered. I was told the shuttle would arrive within 10 minutes, but it did not arrive until 2:00 a.m. The staff member I spoke with was also extremely rude throughout the interaction. After I was finally picked up, I noticed the shuttle driver was taking me somewhere unfamiliar. When I asked where we were going, he informed me that the Radisson hotel was fully booked and that I would have to stay at a different hotel instead. No one had contacted me beforehand to explain this situation or ask for my consent. The entire experience was very disappointing and stressful, especially after a long trip. It negatively affected the start of my stay, and because of this experience, I would not choose to book this hotel again."

"No bathroom slippers , complimentary water bottles were provided. Guests are expected to pay for every small item, which feels disappointing considering the amount already paid for the stay. Basic amenities like slippers and at least one complimentary water bottle are something even many small hotels provide nowadays."

"Overall, excellent stay. Waterslides/pool were a hit as always. Pillows were flimsy and not supportive at all, so maybe bring your own if youre someone like me and needs that."

"It was a great start with my mom for a girl's weekend. My only disappointment was that when we ordered room service it came in a paper bag and was all disposable. If I had known that, I could have door dashed something. We ordered from the restaurant because we wanted to eat on proper dishes."
