"I had a good stay. It was dark and quiet. Unfortunately the bed had a big dip in the mattress and I did not have the greatest sleep. When I talked to the reception about my stay, they said they would let the management know it was time for a new mattress. "

"The staff were all incredibly friendly and the breakfast crew was fast and efficient when it came to directing people and refilling the stations. When I checked in, there was an issue with my bed, but the front desk rectified the situation quickly - within a few minutes I was all set up in a new room! The only downfall was that the Smart TV did not allow access to streaming app log ins. I would definitely stay again."

"I am writing this review to warn other travelers—particularly solo female travelers—about a traumatic and unsafe experience I had at this property. My stay was cut short due to a major security failure that left me feeling completely compromised. The issues began immediately when I was checked into the wrong room. I chose not to complain at the time, but the situation escalated into a nightmare at 4:00 AM when a group of strangers was given access to my room. They opened the door and entered while I was inside, which was terrifying. To make matters worse: • The room phone was broken: When I tried to contact the front desk to report the intruders, the phone did not work. I had to use my personal device to reach them. • Zero Proactive Communication: The staff informed me they would check the cameras and call me back. I never received that call. I had to follow up myself only to be told it was a "technical error." • No Management Follow-up: I was told a manager would contact me regarding this security breach and I have heard nothing. I felt so unsafe and shaken that I checked out immediately, unable to sleep or spend another minute in the building. A "technical error" is not an excuse for allowing strangers to enter an occupied room in the middle of the night. The lack of urgency and basic empathy from the staff since the incident is appalling."
