"Very convenient to Alamo car rental drop off and also across road from Air Canada check in. Disappointed about the packaged room service with no where to recycle the compostable packaging. Check in staff very friendly and helpful"

"I have been staying here for seven years under multiple ownerships. Definitely upping their game. Or trying too. Used to have an awesome chef. The food went to sh!?#. Don't order anything but the omelet. Threw,up everything else. Stay here sometimes weeks,at a time. The longer i stay the worst the service gets. Cant get a face cloth unless you fight for it. Havent had my counter tops wiped in a week. Even though i request it everyday. Took four days to get my sheets flipped and my floor vacuumed. After requesting everyday. The advertisement for pool hot tub and steam room.. ignore that ..its actuality only been operational twice in my last 7 years of staying here. The city shut it down because it wasn't sanitary is,what I heard. Any way . Cheap....er. dont expect much.. or whats advertised"

"The rooms were clean and spacious. General staff was great. The thing was my surgery was canceled and we needed to go home and come back 3 days later. That means cancelling 1 nights room. Then rebooking for another 2 nights stay 3 days later. There comments were to bad. We ended up still paying for the room that we didn’t stay in and they said the next booking would still be at the normal rate I do agree that it was not their fault that my surgery was canceled. The thing is that they were not willing to work together on the next stay We walked out and booked a different motel across the street for the next stay We will never stay there again and will not recommend to anyone else to stay there"
