"In-room phone was broken. Bathroom lighting was so dim as to be unable to see while in shower. Elevator was broken. Power outlet by bed was broken and unable to charge phone overnight."

"You could tell the staff was diligent and consistent with the level of care and attentiveness to this hotel! Although not in the best part of town. The staff and cleanliness is what gave this a FIVE STAR review. The * only thing I would have changed are the pillows I would have preferred a bit more firm structure to the pillow to provide more support. But I have nothing negative to say about the staff and how well they communicate ant the desk and housekeeping maintain the property. So grateful for these folks! It shows their hard work. "

"Room was very comfortable, lots of pillows and couch was pretty comfy for lounging in the king suite. Staff was friendly and engaged. Breakfast is good, with fresh fruit and yogurt. Standard fare of eggs, sausages and a waffle station. Clean and well tended"

"A good selection and variety food at the breakfast bar. The Breakfast menu has good selection as well. The hotel room was clean and neat and comfy."

"Good Things, Plenty of parking, Free Coffee, Cleaning Routine. AC is good. Internet rarely connects or I should say there is NO internet available, Shower has weak pressure, not enough hot water. Door lock was broken, need several attempts to unlock door through keycard."
